At 2SS CONTRACTORS Ltd, we work with private and commercial clients, as well as developers, and are very used to working alongside architects, structural engineers, planning and building control.
Our projects include change of use (commercial to residential) and HMO development projects, private house builds, extensions and full renovations.
As a company with skilled tradesmen, we deliver the best quality workmanship possible in all projects we undertake and we take great pride in adhering to or being ahead of schedules.
We are fully covered by Public Liability and Employer’s Liability Insurance and we also are members of the Federation of Master Builders and the Trustmark, the largest trade federation for builders in the UK (since 2014). We can offer through the FMB optional Build Assure Warranty Scheme 10-year insurance backed guarantee.
